It was a busy holiday Tuesday before Thanksgiving, but the team at this Discount Tire went above and beyond to get me outta there in a timely manner. I don't think I've been to a location yet where I haven't received the best service, and this location is no exception. I'm know the entire team is amazing, but my guy Benji is the man with superb customer service skills. Awesome job, sir!
These guys never disappoint! They do a great job, have the best tire warranty program we’ve ever heard of & are honest when you ask for advice about your tires! We’ve been loyal customers of DT for probably 20 years & have specifically used the Portland location since they opened.
Nice staff and prompt service. I scheduled a tire balance & rotation, arrived early, and they did a great job of keeping the scheduled time right on track. No complaints whatsoever.
Once again the good folks at Discount Tire did a great job. Fixed me up even though I didn’t have the key to my locking lug nuts, rotated the tires and didn’t charge me a dime. Yet another reason I’ve been a Discount tire customer for decades. The folks at this Portland, TX location are especially great.
Great Customer Service! Brought my wife's new car in for the tire warranty, which is the best, I might add. They were quick, polite and knowledgable. They had the best customer service. Next, later that morning, I swapped cars and brought my truck in for a scheduled appointment and they again, did great. They kept me apprised of the status and even had me in/out in record time. We have always had a great experience at Discount Tire in Portland. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys!
This place is highly professional. I needed new tires, and I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I love the service they provide for free, checking your tire pressure. Comes in very handy when the weather changes.
Awesome staff, Michael and Jesiah are super helpful. The wait time wasn’t too bad.
